Perform any clinical tasks.

Provide medical advice, diagnosis or second opinions (I offer evidenced-based information and referrals).

Make decisions for you. I can provide information for you to make informed decisions.

Speak to medical staff for you. I can discuss your concerns with you and suggest various options.
